ANOTHER WONDERFUL BOOK REVIEW

Hello! Sorry for not blogging that much this month. School just started and I don't have a lot of time to blog. But now, I'm here. Let's get started. So, today, I am going to be reviewing another favorite of mine. It's called "A Little Something Different" by Sandy Hall. This is one of the most cutest books I have read so far. It's about two people named Lea and Gabe. They are in the same creative writing class. They get the same pop culture references, order the same Chinese food. They're clearly right for each other but Gabe is a little silly. Lea, on the other hand, is a little aloof.

But something is happening between them and EVERYONE can see it. Their creative writing teacher tries to push them together. The baristas at their local Starbucks watch their relationship like a TV series. The bus driver tells his wife about them. The waitress at the diner automatically seats them together. Even the squirrel who lives on the college green believes Lea and Gabe are meant to be together. The squirrel also likes their butts.

Anyways, this book is very cute. Too cute. This book is too cute not to read. Okay? Okay. While I was reading the last chapter of the book, I have gotten to the part where they have done something very cute. It was very cute that I literally fell on the floor, started rolling on the floor and crawled to the living room. I could have just walked but nope. I crawled. I almost cried of happiness. Haha. Anyways, I gave this book 4.1/5 because at first, it was kind of confusing especially since there are fourteen viewpoints on this book. But I started to read it a little more and I loved it. All in all, I love this book. I love a lot of books. Love is real. I definitely recommend this book if you guys want to read a cutesy, romantic book. I would reread this on Valentine's Day. So cute.

Anyways, I think that is all for today's blog post. If you guys want more, click the link down below if you guys want to stay updated about my blog. So yeah, I think that's it for today. GIRL ONLINE BY ZOE SUGG (book review by Nikki)

Hi guys, I'm back. Today I'm going to review my all time favorite book and that is "Girl Online" by Zoe Sugg. Yes, I do love Zoe Sugg. Are we telepathic or something? Anyways, I love this book so much. Actually, more than that. It's beautiful. Like me. okay.

ANYWAYSSSSS....

I reread the book two days ago and because of my excitement, I ripped it. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
That's how much I love it.

Okay. I'm gonna stop babbling now.

Back to the book. Right.

Girl Online is all about Penny's secret. Under the alias Girl Online, Penny blogs her hidden feelings about friendship, boys, high school drama, her family, and the panic attacks that have begun to take over her life. When her parents accepted an opportunity to take their children, especially Penny, away from all their troubles back at home for a while, They take a trip to New York City. My favorite place. Lucky you, Penny. There, Penny meets Noah. A gorgeous, guitar-strumming American. Oh gosh, my heart. Penny and Noah start to fall for each other and she starts blogging about every moment she had with "Brooklyn Boy." But what she doesn't know is Noah has a secret himself. *gasp*
Noah's secret threatens to ruin Penny's cover and may ruin important friendships in her life forever.
I'm rereading what I wrote up there and I am so happy I read this book. Hahahahaha.
Okay, moving to the part where I tell you my thoughts.

Okay, so, I gave this book 5/5 because I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it. That's all. Bye.
No, but seriously though, I love this book so much. This book was the book that made me read more and more books. This was the start of it all. Anyways, I gave the book 5/5 because it's so relatable. I'm basically Penny. Her family is so much like mine, especially dad. Tom is my sister. The mom is either my mother or me. Haha. Anyways, I really loved this book because....
I can't really explain my love of this book. It's just...just...beautiful. A lot of readers didn't like this book but they all liked the second book more. I read the second book as an e-book and I also liked it but not as much as the first book. They probably didn't like it because in my opinion, this book is really for the teens out there, like me. It's a YA book. Yep.

I can't really think right now because I\m very tired. Hahaha. Anyways, I definitely recommend this book to you guys. It's beautiful, funny, sweet and IT'S JUST BEAUTIFUL! You should definitely read it. Oh by the way, I put the picture up there with my face on it. That's me. Hi. Nice to meet you.

Anyways, I'll leave it here. I'm not gonna make this longer because I'm tired and I wanna read. Okay, that's it for today. Goodbye, fellow people. And remember, Read, Lead, Succeed! :)

STRUCK BY LIGHTNING BY CHRIS COLFER (REVIEW BY NIKKI)

Hey guys! I'm back! Yayyyyy!
Okay, let's proceed.
Today, I'm going to be reviewing the book that I have just finished reading two days ago and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! And this book is....
STRUCK BY LIGHTNING BY THE ONE AND ONLY, CHRIS COLFER! Also known as Kurt on the TV show "Glee." I loved that show so much. It was very...very... ugh. All you Gleeks will know how I feel. ;) Anyways, this book is all about a boy named Carson Phillips and the book basically looks like his everyday journal. It's pretty cool. Carson has only one goal: To escape the hell he's in called "school."

Carson didn't really fit in the school. He was "unique" as the other characters say. Carson lives in a very small town between nowhere and somewhere. The population of this place is under 20,000 people. Actually, not even close. More like.. under 10,000. He lives in a town where everything is all "cliche" as he puts it. That's why he hates it.  His one goal is to escape his local school and get into his dream school, Northwestern University and pursue his dream to become a hard-hitting journalist. Then, one day, his guidance counselor tells him that he can't go into Northwestern unless he makes a literary magazine for his application. Which means, he needs submissions. From other students. Yikes.

I gave this book 4.2 /5 because if you guys watched the movie and want read the book, I'm pretty sure you don't have to read the book after you watch the movie because the movie is EXACTLY like the book. I haven't watched the movie yet but I am planning to. I heard it's really good and I'm also watching it because CHRIS COLFER AND REBEL WILSON IN ONE MOVIE. Uh, yes please.
I didn't give the book 5 stars because when I started reading it, I thought it wasn't going somewhere, the beginning was kind of boring but it gets better when you get to the part where he's already in school. I loved that part. (I'm not gonna spoil, don't worry.)

Also, it's a short read, It has 258 pages and perfect for a "Back to school" read. It's perfect for me since I'm going back to school next Tuesday so that's fun. But, I don't recommend this to the young ones since most of the story has bad words on it. You can read it if you want, it depends on you. You're gonna love it.

Anyways, I definitely recommend this book to you guys and I'll insert the picture of the book down below if you guys wanna check that out. I definitely enjoyed reading this book. It's a really funny, interesting read and guys, Chris Colfer. Rebel Wilson. So yeah, be sure to check this book out and make sure to comment down below on what book you want to see next. Actually, I'm letting you decide what book am I gonna review next. It's either Girl Online by Zoe Sugg, A Little Something Different by Sandy Hall and Marley and Me by John Grogan. I just had to put Marley and Me in there. Too cute to pass out. I have really old books. My books are from 90s-today. Old books are precious to me.

Okay, comment down below what would you like to see next and I'll see you guys later!
Bye! And remember, Read. Lead. Succeed. (I'm keeping it.)

GREETINGS!

I| sound so fancy with that title.
Hi. Hello. My name's Veronica but you can call me Nikki, if you want. Welcome to my blog! Yay!
I know I kind of sound a bit awkward but I think you'll get used to it once you start reading my posts and stuff. Anyways, hi. Welcome.

You're probably wondering what this, all of this, is all about. Well, let me walk you through it then. First of all, why I created this blog.
Well, for the past two months, I have been reading almost everyday. Buying book after book until my bookshelf had no room for more books and needed to use another bookshelf. Then, one day, while I was organizing my bookshelf, my father came in and asked "What are you gonna with the books you read and the books you are gonna be reading? Are you going to sell them or swap them with another book I like?"
I simply said no.
Because to tell you the truth, these books are just gonna stay there for the rest of my life and I may not be able to read them all.
Then, I got the idea of this.
I thought...
"What if I write a blog and share my thoughts on this book or that book, all of them?"
So, this is why I created this blog.
To share my thoughts on my books and books in the future that I will be owning.
I'm gonna be honest here. I may never touch those books again after I have read them.
That's why I'm putting them to use. So yeah, that's the story of how I got the idea of creating this beautiful creation of mine.
I'm actually glad I thought of this. Good job, Nikki.

So yeah, I think that's it for this blog.
If you guys want more of this, make sure to give me some feedback so that I can do more and actually start this blog for real. So yeah, I guess I'll see you guys later!

Oh, by the way, I want you guys to help me build my blog and I'm kind of thinking to have a catchphrase or a made-up quote that I can use in my blog. If you guys will, please do suggest catchy sentences, phrases, quotes, anything that I can put in the blog. :)

Okay, that's all for now.
 And remember,
Read, Lead, Succeed. :) (does that work? let me know.)
